Company History
Founded in 2000, HARTZ Physical Therapy has grown from a single Lancaster County clinic to six locations across Lancaster County, providing exceptional care in orthopedics, sports, neurorehabilitation, balance/vestibular, aquatic therapy and TMJ services. Voted a favorite clinic for 24+ years and recognized as the 2024 Practice of the Year by APTA Private Practice, we remain committed to patient-centered care, giving back to our community, and fostering a collaborative, growth-focused workplace for our therapists.

1. Max Capacity = 44 visits/week (NOT 55–70 like many other clinics!) You’ll have time to actually treat your patients—with hands-on care and real outcomes.
2. Team-Based 1-on-1 Treatment Model – No appointments less than 45 minutes with the majority a full hour. We pair our PTs and PTAs to work together on one caseload, increasing consistency, support and collaboration among our team.

1. Virtually Unlimited Continuing Ed Budget – No MedBridge-only limits here. We love sending our team to hands-on courses—and you won’t have to use vacation hours if class falls during the week! (By the way, we cover your APTA dues too.)
