To assist the physician in evaluation of the level of function, perform client assessments, and plan and implement appropriate interventions, to assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well being.

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
Each Physical Therapist must:

Be licensed as a physical therapist by the state in which practicing, and
Have graduated from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma or
Have at least two year’s work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist and
Have a criminal background check completed
